CB Exclusive: Afterpay appoints BD Network as creative partner; unveils new digital campaign

The partnership will see the development of an integrated campaign to run across social, PR and both online retail and in store channels in the coming months.

Founded in 2014, Afterpay is a leading Australian retail payments innovator that facilitates commerce between retail merchants and their end-customers. Afterpay offers a ‘Shop Now. Take Today. Pay it in 4’ service that does not require end-customers to enter into a traditional loan or pay any interest or upfront fees. The company currently has over 1,500 retail partners, 250,000 customers with 70% returning and early 2016, listed successfully on the Australian Securities Exchange.

The campaign will be live from mid-December, taking aim at the busiest retail period of the year. Media duties will be handled by Havas Media.
