Blackmores launches the Well Bot via Bastion EBA, to help consumers be a well being in 2017

This innovative, digital wellbeing coach interacts with consumers at any time, right from your pocket to help you stay on track with your new year’s resolutions to Be a Well Being throughout 2017.

Launching today, as part of its Australian Open campaign, consumers will have their very own wellbeing coach at the touch of a button, chatting to the Blackmores Well Bot on Facebook Messenger or via SMS for their personalised wellbeing plan for 2017.

Responding to a series of questions, consumers’ personalised responses help the Well Bot provide tips and action plans tailored to their lifestyle. Interacting with the Blackmores Well Bot also reaps perks such as exclusive discount codes for Blackmores product and access to unique health content

The bespoke Well Bot is context-aware and features a ‘human like’ intuitive user experience. It enables realistic and sophisticated dialogue to engage consumers in meaningful conversations about their health, assisting them on their path to living healthier, happy lives.

As a sponsor of this year’s Australian Open, Blackmores, Australia’s No1. Vitamin brand*, will offer fans the chance to interact with the Blackmores Well Bot live on site throughout the tournament in the Blackmores Wellbeing Oasis. Visitors can ‘meet’ the Blackmores Well Bot at eight kiosks, where their personalised wellbeing responses will be rewarded with a Blackmores Superfood sample deemed to best suit their needs.
