Dennis Family Homes invites customers to start their own story in new spots via Fenton Stephens
After a successful creative pitch in late 2016, Fenton Stephens has produced a new radio campaign to launch the Aspirations range from Dennis Family Homes.
The campaign idea is built off the fact that for many, owning a new home is nothing more than a fantasy.
Taking a twist on the traditional fairy tale format, the ads tell different stories – each with their own happy ending. Of course, with Dennis Family Homes, owning a dream home is no longer a fairy tale, it’s a reality.
Says Jordan Hodson, Dennis Family Homes: “Our key company principle is that everybody should be able to afford a place to call home. This is at the heart of our exciting new campaign.”
With tales of evil landlords, dragon-like mothers-in-law and treacherous housing markets, the campaign explores the everyday trials and tribulations of first home buyers and communicates retail offers in a way that is entertaining and memorable.
Says Alex Fenton, creative director, Fenton Stephens: “Radio is a key medium for this audience. The fairy tale style music draws the listener in. Once the story begins, it’s hard not to listen.”
The campaign went to air this week on all major networks across Victoria and regional NSW and is supported by existing regional press, online (Real Estate.com.au and Social Media), outdoor (regional buses) and a revised cinema and TV commercial that incorporates the new theme into a retail ad.
