Legge comes to GHO via DDB Sydney where, as senior digital planner, he worked predominantly across the Westpac business.

Says Eithne McSwiney (centre with Ryan Chao), managing director, GHO: “I’ve worked with James when his role was key to the success of the EFFIE and ADMA awarded Westpac ‘Get Cash’ Campaign. He also lead the Global UX alignment project for Westpac marketing pages, as well as the digital strategy for the Westpac ‘Businesses of Tomorrow’ program. When James became available we quickly snapped him up. He possesses that rare combination of strategic smarts and feet-on-the-ground approachability.”

Prior to DDB (and Australia), Legge was client side at Dyson, responsible for the execution of digital campaigns and new product launches globally. Before Dyson he was with UK agency Mason Zimbler working on a number of clients including Microsoft, Samsung, Budweiser & Symantec.

Legge said he was “thrilled ” to be asked to join GHO.

Continues Legge: “GHO has a focus on using technology creatively to solve consumer and business problems, so the fit for me was immediate. They’ve got a really good track record and are ambitious to take things even further so I’m looking forward to lending a hand.”
