WIYW.jpegThe World in your Window, Zoe McIntosh’s heartwarming short film about eight-year-old Jesse and his grief stricken father who live in a world of sadness and silence, has been awarded the prestigious Prix Etudiant de la Jeunesse at the 2017 Clermont Ferrand film festival.

Written and directed by Rabbit director McIntosh, the film was inspired by her experiences making 2012 documentary King of Caravans as evident in her choice to give one of the film’s leading roles to one of the subjects of the same documentary.

McIntosh will also be lending her acclaimed talents to the upcoming D&AD Awards in April, where she will join the Film Advertising Crafts Jury alongside a host of other talent.
