Bailey has directed for major clients including NAB, SPC, BONDS, Barbie, 7-Eleven and Swisse and in 2016, her commercial work won bronze for Best Cinematography at the ACA and has been among the finalists of the prestigious Cannes Lions Awards. Bailey has also worked amid many multi-award winning directors and industry leading companies within the film, music and advertising realm.

Says Bailey: “I’m really excited to come on board the Guilty team, I’m looking forward to what the future will bring! Having known Jason and Tony since my early days straight out of uni, it’s a pleasure to work alongside them, as well as the rest of the Guilty team.”

Says Tony Rogers, director, Guilty: “Lizzy loves to explore the humanity in characters and those critical nuances that an audience craves. Watching her grow has been a joy, her persistence and pursuit of excellence whatever the project.”

Bailey’s inimitable observations of people is demonstrated in the way she directs, develops characters and communicates a story. Bailey’s work is authentic, rich and unique – an inquisitive director pushing limits and exploring ideas, definitely one to watch on the Guilty roster.

Says Jason Byrne, executive producer, Guilty: “We welcome Lizzy after a smart apprenticeship. She is already a valued creative in our story telling community. I have no doubt that her work will challenge audiences now and in the future.”
