The agency will be led by Scott Richmond (left) and Mitch Woodfield (right) as head of brand and creative director respectively. Together, the duo have been charged with continuing to build on the agency's foundations of the past decade, which has seen work for brands such as NSW & Australian Government, Telstra, Sony Music, GPT, Workskil, Allied Mills and more.
Says Dan Godkin, founder of United Yeah: "With the relaunch of The Creative Co. as part of United Yeah, we've strengthened and diversified our offering to provide a holistic creative solution from the foundations of a brand right through to how it speaks across platforms, with specialist teams. Mitch and Scott are two amazing talents which we're lucky to have, and we're excited about what they'll bring to the group and our client partnerships."

Richmond joins from Barker Brand Partnerships where he was creative partner, his most recent credits including rebrand work for XXXX Summer Bright and Mocona.

Says Richmond: "I'm thrilled to come on board with The Co. at such an exciting time for the agency and the design industry. I'm looking forward to working closely with Mitch and leading The Creative Co., establishing ongoing client relationships and helping build the foundations that shape the success of companies and brands both local and globally."

Says Woodfield, a founding staff member with The Co: "It's incredibly exciting to have a key part in the evolution of The Co. We're known for being extremely passionate about our ideas and punching above our weight as a tight creative team, so the opportunity to foster this with Scott was an offer I couldn't resist."

The Creative Co. will sit within the United Yeah Sydney offices and will work both collaboratively with United Yeah and independently with direct clients.
