Following a competitive pitch, Pollen has been engaged to deliver KinCare with a more effective and measurable digital footprint through the design and development of a new company website and ongoing digital strategy.

As part of the digital strategy, Pollen’s remit is to better reflect the brand’s key values; differentiating its market offering whilst providing KinCare customers with a seamless user experience when going through the ‘care’ journey.

The appointment comes off the back of Pollen securing new digital accounts in MFAA, Macquarie University Health and Colgate.

Commenting on the KinCare appointment, Pollen director Brett Mitchell says he is excited by the opportunity to innovate in the country’s growing health care sector.

Says Mitchell: “As an agency committed to investing in innovation and technology, we look forward to working with the KinCare team to redesign their digital business from the ground up, to provide them with a platform and strategy that better serves their customers and staff alike.”

Says Reichel Cheslett, head of digital and marketing acquisitions, KinCare: “At KinCare we are passionate about the services we deliver to our customers, supporting them to live independently. We are excited to be working with Pollen to support us in developing best in class digital strategy across the aged care, disability and in home health industry. To make things as simple as we can for new and existing customers and to continue to innovate and address gaps within the industry and the community.”
