The Monkeys promotes planning director Michael ‘Hoggy’ Hogg to the position of head of planning

Hoggy (1).jpgFollowing his commitment to achieving outstanding client results, The Monkeys has announced the promotion of planning director Michael Hogg to the role of head of planning effective immediately.

During his time at The Monkeys, Hogg (aka Hoggy) has helped bring Australians together over lamb with his work on MLA’s ‘You Never Lamb Alone’ campaign, taking home four Gold Effies including the Grand Prix.

Other agency highlights include winning the Qantas business and creating a brand strategy for Australia’s national brand, along with establishing a new brand platform for IKEA to help Australian’s see ‘The Best Day Is The Everyday’.

Previously working as a senior planner at Fallon in London, Hoggy took the kangaroo route to join The Monkeys four years ago and was drawn to the agency’s willingness to stand behind bold creative thinking to achieve effective business results.
