Snowdon has 18 years’ experience and has held senior level global new business roles in London since 2003, driving significant new business and network growth for agencies including Mindshare and Maxus. Most recently, she was the global new business director and a member of the Global Steering Board at iProspect, the digital performance specialist of Dentsu Aegis Network.

Thom has been with Mindshare for over 3 years and is a stalwart of the Melbourne market having held senior roles at a range of agencies in the past 20 years including Vizeum, Mitchell & Partners and Optimedia.

Says Snowdon: “I’m genuinely thrilled to be returning to my GroupM family and to be taking up the helm of Mindshare in Melbourne. Together, I know Katie, Sarah, the team and I have a great adventure ahead of us, shaping and evolving the agency’s solutions with an absolute commitment to excellence, integrity, and our brilliant people.”

Says Thom: “I’m thrilled and honoured to be taking my career to the next level with Mindshare. I’m particularly excited to be working closely with Helena, to build on our strong foundations and continue to grow and develop as an agency that is strategic, innovative and provocative.”

Says Katie Rigg-Smith, CEO, Mindshare Australasia: “It is wonderful to have Helena and Sarah at the helm of our Melbourne office. Helena brings with her a fresh perspective, unique point of view and an energy that I am confident will continue to drive our Melbourne office forward. Having worked with Mindshare in the past she is also very well versed in our values and overall approach as an agency. Sarah has been an integral part of Melbourne Mindshare since she started over 3 years ago. I have had the privilege of working closely with her and cannot think of anyone better to step into the newly created role of general manager.  Between Helena and Sarah we have a formidable duo that I am really looking forward to working with.”

Both Snowdon and Thom will join the Mindshare national leadership team and their respective roles of managing director and general manager are effective today.
