Brendon will report directly to managing director, Victoria Curro.

Previously group account director, Harrington has clocked up over two decades of advertising experience including a stint at Lavender working across some of Australia’s most influential banking institutions. He’s played an integral role in embedding CX into the fabric of the agency.

Says Curro: “Over the past two years, Brendon has been a formidable asset to LIDA. He has been instrumental in our work with CommBank, a key figure in the recent launch of the new Lexus LC 500, as well as orchestrating our new production department. We’re thrilled to announce his promotion, as are our clients.”

Says Harrington: “I’m excited to be taking on the role as LIDA’s general manager. The team is brilliant. They truly are individual thinkers, committed to helping our clients put the customer at the heart of every decision. I’m thrilled to be playing a part in leading the team and helping us make the most of the opportunities in front of us.”

Replacing Harrington as group account director on CommBank is Erin Porich. Porich’s repertoire extends across blue chip financial services clients where she’s combined her passion for creativity with smart data-driven strategy. Meanwhile, Katie Morgan has been promoted internally to group account director across the IAG, Uniting and APM accounts.

LIDA’s rapidly growing team has supercharged from 37 to 51 people over the past year. The newly formed production and design departments include six new hires and two internal transfers.

Since its launch in Australia in 2014, LIDA has solidified its reputation as one of the country’s most influential customer engagement businesses. The customer-centric brand has experienced rapid growth since launching with its client portfolio expanding to include Uniting, APM and Crazy Domains, and is currently building a team to manage the Woolworths Services and E-commerce business.
