CX firm Kalido appoints ex-Thrifty Car Rental’s Simon Dakin to strategic account executive role

simon-dakin.jpgCustomer experience firm, Kalido has recruited Simon Dakin (left) as its new strategic account executive where he will be responsible for driving new business in the area of data centric, digital customer experiences.

Dakin brings his 15 years of experience to Kalido having previously been head of digital and eCommerce at Thrifty Car Rental, and leading digital transformation projects at Transport for NSW.

Dakin will report into Az Yousaf, general manager of the digital platform team.

Kalido has grown considerably in the past 12 months to now have over 60 team members across four offices (Sydney, Melbourne, Singapore and Hong Kong). Kalido is also the only Platinum Salesforce Marketing Cloud Partner in the Asia Pacific region, and is a certified partner for Sitecore and Acquia digital experience platforms.
