The pair boast more than 23 years’ experience in the marketing and advertising industry.

Says Ellie Rogers, head of agency partnerships, Facebook: “Media and creative agencies are at the center of our world, and we see agencies success intrinsically linked to our own. With more focus on collaboration with this critical community I am delighted we can bulk up our teams with absolute agency rock stars like Carolyn and Tom.”

Bollaci joins Facebook to head up relationships with WPP following an extensive career in the marketing and advertising industry as Innovid’s managing director (APAC), and Sizmek’s regional vice president (ANZ).

Says Bollaci: “I am thrilled to be joining the Facebook team, a company focused partnerships to drive outcomes. As the media landscape continues to evolve, it is exciting to be on the forefront of innovation.”

Hosking will head up relationships with IPG and Publicis, and joins Facebook following senior content marketing roles at Fox Sports Australia and Society Social’s head of strategic advice.

Says Hosking: “I have spent most of my career at agencies, I am excited to put the shoe on the other foot and bring my ideas on partnership to life.”
