The hockingstuart showcase campaign leverages the imagery of a major movie production, communicating how the Group's existing promotional capabilities are boosted by new, best-in-class tools engineered to better showcase homes through enhanced interaction, presentation, and promotion.
The campaign, which coincides with the launch of hockingstuart's new website, reflects hockingstuart's big-picture ability to bring together the industry's top talent, tools and technologies to present homes at their best and excite the interest of every prospective buyer.
Says Guillaume Roux, CD, Sense: "We wanted to incorporate all the features and benefits of hockingstuart's new offerings into one entity, which is where hockingstuart showcase came in. The campaign brings to life the innovative and advanced resources hockingstuart puts behind every listing, making each a blockbuster in its own right."
The integrated campaign underscores the combined offering of hockingstuart's new website, which features premium photography displaying each listing as they would appear in the best architectural magazines, alongside immersive DIAKRIT technology - introduced earlier this year and exclusive to hockingstuart - that allows buyers to visualise their perfect home with 3D floor plans and interactive tools to furnish and restyle the kitchen, including 360 views of every room.
Says George Dedic, head of marketing and client experience, hockingstuart: "hockingstuart showcase reflects the new state-of-the-art ways properties can now be listed to directly engage the senses of the buyer, connecting on a personal level to customer needs by giving them a genuine feeling of what it would be like to live there. This campaign builds on the narrative that the minute you list with us, you're getting the very best service to present your home in its very best light."
The hockingstuart showcase campaign will appear across Facebook, metrolites and banner ads from this week.

Not as good as "The hardest working real estate agents" campaign from years ago. That was groundbreaking

It's a campaign for a digital tool. Not the brand.

Yeah I remember that "The hardest working real estate agents" campaign from years ago. Good times. I used to sit in my man-shed with the VHS, crack open a longy, hit recline and occasionally slide my hand down the leather sofa watching that over and over again.

Kombucha just doesn't compare.
