Nominations open 2017 (1).jpgMinister for Multiculturalism Ray Williams has announced nominations for the 2017 Australian Multicultural Marketing Awards (AMMAs) are now open. Nominations will remain open until Monday 9 October.

Now in its 28th year, the prestigious Awards recognise excellence in multicultural marketing and communication.

Says Williams: “The AMMAs honour outstanding marketing and communications professionals who communicate cultural diversity through innovative and creative marketing campaigns.

“With more than 20 percent of Australians speaking a language other than English at home, diversity is one of our state’s major assets.

“I encourage
visionary marketing and communications professionals, who engage
directly with their audience through language, cross-cultural awareness
and creative advertising to apply.”

The AMMAs are a national
award program proudly run by the NSW Government. The Awards showcase
visionary marketing campaigns with previous winners including Telstra,
Cricket Australia, Western Sydney University and community
