Having mastered the art of negotiation and gaining the trust of international talent through their widespread team, CEA is able to secure talent for bespoke campaigns that maximise brands’ exposure through international platforms.

Says Damian Costin, co-executive director of CEA: “We represent dozens of companies, either directly or through their marketing agencies to connect their brands to the power of entertainment, music, fashion, and sports. We have unparalleled industry connections and can deliver time and cost-effective results for our clients.”

Their profound impact in managing the expectations on both sides enables them to facilitate a seamless activation with global talent in what would otherwise be impossible for most Australian companies to deliver.

Says Lilit Chakman, co-executive director of CEA: “Our experience and our successful track record means we get right to the key decision makers in the talent’s team and get answers immediately.”

Chakman whose legal background includes negotiating, drafting and advising on commercial agreements for a diverse range of industries including entertainment, media, beauty, and IT explains: “Working with International talent is complex, there are things to consider such as opportunity cost, exclusivity and understanding not only the talent’s current role in the market but also their emerging role which can create layered negotiations – not to the mention the eccentricities of certain personalities.”
