SheSaysBrekkyEvent (1).jpgGlobal creative network for women, SheSays, has partnered with The Royal Women’s Hospital to bring Melbourne ladies the first SheSays fundraising event to finish off the year. The breakfast event titled ‘Love of Self’ will be held in Melbourne at Greenfields Albert Park on Tuesday, December 12 at 7:30am and tickets are selling fast with limited availability.

The event will be helping guests look at self-love from a branding, cultural, and psychological perspective, exploring ways to bring a focus back to ourselves and start the new year refreshed.

The guest speakers include Code Like A Girl co-founder, Vanessa Doeke (above left), director of women’s health at Royal Women’s Hospital, Prof Louise Newman (above top right) AM and A-SPACE Meditation Studio co-owner, Manoj Dias (above bottom right).

The event follows this year’s appointment of three new directors for SheSays Melbourne, Ella Yarnton of Leo Burnett, Molly Hyndman of Alt/Shift and Kate Prowse of Taboo.

Ella Yarnton of SheSays describes the fundraiser as a great opportunity for SheSays to bring women together from various professional backgrounds.

Says Yarnton: “We’re giving women the space and time to reflect on the year as well as provide them the opportunity to build relationships with other women, who all experience the same career obstacles no matter their profession.  At the same time, we’re raising funds for a hospital that specialises in caring for over 200,000 Australian women every year.

“We want our guests to develop a deeper understanding of how self-love and strong boundaries for yourself can impact you, your personal brand, and ultimately, the trajectory of a satisfying career.”

All proceeds for this breakfast event will go to The Royal Women’s Hospital. More about the Foundation here.
