Bohemia hires ex-Disney Theatrical Productions’ Rebecca Hamilton in the role of media director

Media agency, Bohemia has appointed Rebecca Hamilton to the role of media director to head up the Freedom Furniture and Michael Hill account.

Says Theo Zisoglou, head of media and investment, Bohemia: “Within ten minutes of meeting Beck, we knew she was the perfect person for the position. She has deep media experience coupled with client side knowledge as well as the rare ability to understand the retail space.

She joins Bohemia from Disney Theatrical Productions where she played an integral role in the success of The Lion King and Aladdin the Musical. Prior to this, Hamilton was a senior strategist at Slingshot.

Hamilton’s work has been recognised as a finalist across multiple MFA’s including Best Integrated Campaign, Best Strategic Launch and Best Use of Small Budget. Her involvement with The Lion King was also awarded OMA’s Outdoor Campaign of the Year and ACRA’s Best Radio Promotion.
