Critically acclaimed commercial and feature film director Thierry Poiraud joins In The Thicket
Critically acclaimed commercial and feature film director Thierry Poiraud has joined In The Thicket.
Poiraud is a fantastic storyteller with incredible visual and technical ability.
Last year, Poiraud received numerous awards including one Bronze Cannes Lions and two Bronze Clio Awards for Canalplus ‘The Battle’ and one bronze Top/Com for NF ‘The Stuntman’. He is behind a slew of memorable commercials including Optus, Canal plus, Peugeot, Pepsi and many more.
Joining In the thicket will mark his return to the ANZ commercials market after finishing his American feature film ‘Alone’, which premiered at BFI London Film Festival and received critical success, including the award at Paris International Fantastic Film Festival. His last work includes a stunning drama series ‘Zone Blanche’.

Who are the Australian directors on this roster?
Also you’re well aware that there’s a very slim chance Thierry will ever work here again, particularly with the budgets and creative presently on offer here?
He’s also concentrated on film and TV these days.
All their directors will need visas.
