Silva has worked across a wide range of clients, such as Optus, Lurpak and Queensland Health, as both a designer and art director, and in agencies in Brisbane and Sydney. Along the way, he has picked up awards at the Brisbane Advertising & Design Awards and been a finalist at Cannes Young Lions.

Says Silva: “It’s exciting to find a permanent home again after a few years of freelance. I’m really looking forward to getting stuck into 2018 with this seriously sharp team.”

As recognition of an amazing 2017, Kough has been promoted to associate creative director.

Says Pete Ogden, ECD, Enigma: “Lucy has really shown her mettle on a number of our larger clients, not least of which is Transport for NSW. Our recent ‘Safety on Country Roads’ campaign is testament to that. Lucy will be adopting day-to-day oversight of the creative product for the Sydney office, meaning I can make that groove I have worn in the M1 to Newcastle a little bit deeper.”

Says Kough, who has previously held senior copywriter positions at BMF, Lavender and hybrid senior strategy/creative role at Ensemble: “With an incredible mentor in Oggy and strong female leadership in the agency, I’m inspired to find brave ideas for clients by living Enigma’s core value – heart – in everything we do.”

Says Jen Peace, MD, Enigma Sydney: “We really have a knock-out Sydney creative offering now; Lucy’s promotion is incredibly well deserved off the back of a strong year for new business and excellent work for key clients. Corey adds an impressive skillset and a sharp fresh perspective to the team. A compelling creative offering for our clients.”
