Insurance and care organisation icare appoints Mindbox as digital services agency of record

logo.jpgSpecialist digital marketing and media consultancy, Mindbox, has bolstered its client roster after being appointed as the preferred digital services agency for the New South Wales (NSW) government's insurance and care organisation, icare.

Following a successful partnership in late 2017, Mindbox will see its remit dialled up to include all digital media and data strategy across the brand's six service lines. icare is one of the largest insurance providers in Australia with $32 billion in assets. It insures more than 296,000 NSW employers and their 3.7 million employees; homeowners, builders and motorists, as well as some of the world's most iconic assets like the Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge.
Mindbox has been tasked with driving awareness and reach, through digital media and data, to ensure icare platforms are reaching relevant audiences while amassing in-depth analytics to produce digestible consumer insights. The implementation of the new digital media and data strategy will ensure icare are better able to make informed business decisions, to deliver world-class insurance and care services to their diverse customer base.
