Says Nobbs: “I am excited by the new challenge of growing our business and the relationships I have built over the last 7 years with the team at Designate and our clients.

“I’m looking forward to continuing to build on the great relationships we have with accounts such as AGL, Caltex, Charter Hall, Dexus, DuluxGroup, Macquarie Bank and Westpac.

Says Carter: “Since stepping back from the managing director role at Designate, and maintaining my board role, it has been an exciting development to have one of our key team members, Andrew Nobbs, step forward to drive our business. Andrew brings a fresh vision of brand and communications expertise to this role, along with existing relationships with our clients and team, who will continue to benefit from his input.”

Nobbs is keen to build on the business’s strong client base and take the company forward.

Says Nobbs: “I’m passionate about creating and producing clear and engaging communication in what can often be a complex messaging landscape.

“Handling complex visual communication challenges is something that sets Designate apart, whether it be communicating a business model to investors, developing the right corporate brand strategy or positioning your employee brand to the right talent.

“We will continue to grow our multi-channel offering to our clients, understanding that the way audiences are consuming content is constantly changing. By having a strong multi-channel offer, we not only optimise message clarity wherever the audience may be, but also ensure a holistic approach to messaging across all touch points. Print, digital, social or experiential.”
