Vinnies launches new website and fundraising platform for Vinnies CEO Sleepout via Inlight

Inlight_VinniesCEOSO (1).jpgAustralia’s St Vincent de Paul Society has launched its new website and fundraising platform for the Vinnies CEO Sleepout event created by Melbourne independent digital agency Inlight.

The Vinnies CEO Sleepout event attracts over 1,000 participating business leaders in Australia and last year generated over $5.8 Million in aid for the 105,000+ Australians experiencing homelessness. Inlight, together with Funraisin, partnered with the St Vincent de Paul Society to redesign their website to drive engagement with the event and encourage more donations to the cause while leveraging a donation platform that catered to every technical requirement.

The new website featured an entirely user centric design, addressing key needs and removing friction points in order to provide a seamless user experience. CEOs now have greater engagement opportunities with the communities in which they are engaging to raise much needed funds. Similarly the donor experience has been completely revitalised to make the entire user journey look, and feel, world-class.

These stories serve to raise awareness around the people experiencing the extreme isolation and desperation of homelessness. This represents a key feature on the new website with great attention given to providing an engaging, storytelling design.
