APD makes four senior leadership appointments to help drive its digital transformation growth

APD_Kerry_Keith_Stuart_Greg.jpgAPD is continuing to make significant investments in its Australian business, hiring key talent to drive its vision of being a world-class digital transformation and marketing business.

 

APD is a digital transformation business that integrates strategy, technology and digital marketing to drive growth for clients. With more than 300 people working in five countries, APD is the largest independent business of its kind in the APAC region.

The new hires are Greg Skinner, who has joined APD as head of CX and Stuart Oliver who has been appointed head of sales. Both are based in Melbourne. In Sydney Kerry Boys has joined APD as head of strategic operations and Keith Dodds is appointed director, business consulting. All are national positions reporting to APD CEO Scott Player.

Boys specialises in driving organisational change and was responsible for driving change across 700 people in her previous role. She has 14 years in the marketing industry working in a broad range of strategic, client lead and operational roles.

 

Skinner is a seasoned designer with more than 10 years’ experience across multiple industries based in the UK, China and Australia. Beginning as an architect, his career evolved to lead tier 1 human-centred transformations for organisations across Australia.

 

Oliver has more than 15 years’ experience in the digital and software industry. Starting out as an entrepreneur, he has led sales and marketing teams across the APAC region and worked with executive teams in the retail, consumer and financial services industries.

 

Dodds has more than 25 years’ experience working with large enterprises, helping improve their offerings and performance through the use of modern and digital technology. He has a focus on digital innovation and the creation of new business models, new management practices and service/product design.
