Joseph Pardillo and Janine Virtue (1).jpgCarat Melbourne has welcomed Janine Virtue as the new client lead on the Medibank & ahm accounts, following nearly 15 years with Southern Cross Austereo.

Virtue will take the lead on Australia’s largest health insurance provider, as well as oversee recently acquired client, National Hearing Care – a portfolio worth in excess of $45m. She joins Carat from her role as agency sales director at SCA.

Carat Melbourne managing director, Joseph Pardillo, put Virtue’s appointment down to her commercial acumen and proven track record in market.

Says Pardillo: “Janine is an invaluable addition to the business. She’s worked with our team on the media-owner side for many years and is a deservedly well-respected operator. Her background in sales is an exciting proposition for us, as we look for new ways to unlock greater ROI for our clients – I know they’re in good hands.”

Says Virtue: “I’m delighted to be working with such a talented and dynamic team during this exciting time of change at Carat & the greater Dentsu Aegis Network. I can really sense the business’ passion for delivering superior service, thinking, and results for their clients, which is a passion I share, so I look forward to being a part of the journey.”

Virtue’s appointment is effective immediately.
