Brown, a former group MD of DDB and managing director at M&C Saatchi, will take over from Noisy’s co-founder, Adam Hilton, who is leaving the business mid-year to take on a new role with Stratosphere.

Brown has been working with Noisy Beast on its globalisation and growth strategy over the past six months, and with his background and experience across advertising, CRM, data and digital is a very strong choice to take on the MD role.

In addition to Brown’s appointment, and to structure the business for global growth, Noisy Beast is now in the process of investing in new team capabilities across media, creative and strategic planning.

Says Brown: “Adam, Stewart Byfield and the team have built Noisy Beast into a very successful agency and we are grateful to Adam for all the work and effort he has put in over the years.

“I’m looking forward to working with the team to prepare the agency for the next chapter – we have some exciting appointments to make and some great opportunities internationally.

“We have a fantastic group in Melbourne with an enviable culture, replicated by the growing team we have in Guangzhuo. Having just opened an office in Hong Kong and committing to Europe through our London office, we have an excellent structure to build on. This is an exciting time for all of us at Noisy Beast.”
