Jen Speirs is deputy executive creative director of BMF Sydney.
Jen has created award-winning work for brands like Carefree, Arnott’s, Berlei, TAL, Bonds, BWS, UN Women, McDonald’s, Full Stop Foundation and the Workplace Gender Equality Agency.
She has been on several award juries, both national and international – and has been invited to speak at events including the Australian 3% Conference.
Throughout her career has had work awarded at shows including NY Festivals, ADMA, AWARD, Cannes, Effies, Media Federation, John Caples and Spikes.
As a Creative Director, Jen has had the privilege of working with some amazing people and has pitched for, won and run some much-loved brands.
Whether it’s for bras, booze, banks, beauty or burgers, her passion is to create award-winning, culturally-relevant communications, in any media – and to do so in a diverse creative department.

Yes… Jen has created brilliant, award-winning work for multinational Goliaths & humanitarian NGOs alike, but arguably her biggest achievement to date, was having to endure sitting in the same vicinity as me for so long. Even I annoyed myself, so I have no idea how she coped without resorting to violence. Bravo, and congrats on your new role, Jen.
