The Works, Mindshare
To launch the fifth season of prison drama Wentworth, The Works, along with Mindshare augmented the shows' compelling story line using an innovative format - a chatbot. Based on Facebook Messenger, The Rat assumed the persona of a prison-snitch smuggling out information about future episodes, becoming a natural extension of the show. The Rat recorded over 2.2M interactions across 211,500 sessions, with an average user spent 1 hour and 9 minutes chatting with The Rat throughout season 5.

The Works
41% of Australian dogs are thought to be overweight, Black Hawk is on a mission to fix this. The Black Hawk DogCheck is the latest extension of the Real Food Movement. A tool [] designed to help pet parents identify if their dogs' health is at risk due to obesity and allows them to take the steps needed to improve their pets' well-being. The tool requires owners to submit their dog's current weight, gender, age and breed to the DogCheck website. This data then transforms their dog into human form -- enabling owners to visualise their dogs as they would see themselves. Results: 2.3 million social impressions, 140k DogCheck sessions.
