Chinese beer brand Tsingtao appoints Pineapple Marketing as new local brand and digital agency

53122011_0_640x640.jpgBoutique, full-service digital marketing agency Pineapple Marketing has won the local account for Tsingtao, recently ranked as the world’s second largest beer brand (volume of beers sold) by Business Insider.

Managing all aspects of brand and digital, Pineapple is responsible for Tsingtao breaking into the imported beer market.

The beer celebrates its namesake with 10M strong populated City of Qingdao. The Chinese behemoth has its own annual Beerfest ‘The Qingdao International Beer Festival’ which dwarfs the better-known Bavarian Oktoberfest by double in liters of beer sold and attendance.
