OMD ranks #6 Best Place to Work in Australia

This makes OMD the only communications agency to have ranked in the prestigious listing for ten consecutive years.

 

The Best Places to Work study is widely acclaimed. Based on one of the world’s most comprehensive studies of workplace culture, the quality of participants in this year’s study was higher than ever. The results are a testament to these companies’ commitment to retaining happy, engaged, loyal, high performing workforces and the innovative strategies that they implement during challenging times.

Ranked number 6 in the list of Australian companies with over 100 employees, OMD were acknowledged for its continued focus on its people. This includes flexible working, health and wellbeing programs, diversity and inclusion as well as its parental leave policy.

They also importantly retained existing clients including Beiersdorf. This has culminated in OMD Australia taking the top spot for Australia’s Number 1 media agency in size, according to RECMA’s 2018 ‘Overall Activity Volume Rankings’ report. Additionally, the company was named first in profile classification with a dominant profile for the 3rd consecutive year, along with vitality ranking and structure ranking.

 

Over the past year, OMD Australia has been consistently recognised on the award front including the Campaign Asia Talent Team of the Year and Corporate Communications Team of the Year, the MFA People and Culture Initiative award as well as the B&T Women in Media Employer of The Year award for 2017.
