Brisbane independent agency, Rumble Creative & Media has elevated senior creative team Bec McCall and Rhys Venning to newly created positions as associate creative directors.

Writer Venning and art director McCall recently completed D&AD leadership courses in London in preparation for their new roles. They joined Rumble three years ago, having previously worked with agency founders Nancy Hartley, James Burchill and Remy Brassac at Clemenger BBDO Brisbane.

Says James Burchill, creative partner, Rumble: “Bec and Rhys have been integral to Rumble’s success, both as a creative team and as shapers of agency culture. It’s fantastic to be at the point where these new roles are not only a reward for past efforts, but also prepare the agency for future growth.”

Says McCall: “We’re excited to take this next step in our career at Rumble. We’re looking forward to continuing the culture of support that sets Rumble apart as the agency that makes it happen for both our clients and Rumblers.”

McCall and Venning’s time at Rumble has seen them create diverse work for clients including Ladbrokes, Allianz Worldwide Partners, Hemingway’s Brewery, Bishopp Outdoor Advertising, Brisbane Festival and Sunsuper, winning multiple awards both locally and internationally.
