Enero Group’s The Leading Edge sharpens Asia-Pacific leadership team for global expansion with appointment of Gillian O’Sullivan as APAC CEO

The_Leading_Edge_GroupShot_medium.jpgAustralian insight-led strategy consultancy The Leading Edge has lured Ipsos Marketing ANZ managing director Gillian O’Sullivan to a newly created APAC CEO role, based in Sydney.

The move is part of The Leading Edge’s expansion into the Asian market as part of a global focus to provide for clients, and their various offices, across the world.

Similarly, Chris Paxton, based in the UK and responsible for The Leading Edge’s offering in Europe, has been appointed EMEA CEO. Paxton previously was The Leading Edge Global Head of Strategy in Sydney.

O’Sullivan (above), who will be based in The Leading Edge’s Sydney office, has worked with many global clients in a diverse range of industries including FMCG, healthcare, financial services, automotive, utilities, telecommunications, tourism and retail, and has a great deal of experience leading and developing teams, strategic planning and product management.

The Leading Edge, part of the Enero Group, has worked on projects across more than 30 countries in the last two years, including 240 projects in the Asia Pacific. The business also has plans to expand its presence in the USA in the next 12 months to broaden and strengthen its global footprint.
