Indago Digital grows client base with new additions Travelex, Real Insurance and AIM

Gary Nissim (1).jpgIndago Digital has expanded its client base with the addition of three heavyweight SEO accounts – Travelex, Real Insurance and the Australian Institute of Management (AIM).

Foreign exchange company Travelex recently decentralised parts of its Australian and New Zealand marketing team away from London and as part of that localisation went to tender for an SEO agency.

Says James Vatiliotis, online country manager at Travelex: “Indago Digital’s approach was light-years ahead of the competition. We were so impressed by their understanding of our business and the category, we awarded them the contract that day and extended the remit to include both Australia and New Zealand.”

In addition, Indago Digital won the SEO account for Real Insurance following a hotly contested pitch. Real Insurance is co-owned by financial services provider The Hollard Insurance Company Pty Ltd (Hollard) and Greenstone Financial Services Pty Ltd (Greenstone), a company that specialises in the marketing, distribution and administration of personal insurance products.

Indago Digital has been working with Hollard on its paid search business for the past six months and this is an extension of the services it provides to Hollard.

Says Gary Nissim (pictured above), managing director, Indago Digital: “This is probably one of the most satisfying new business wins of my career. I’ve been trying to win Real Insurance’s SEO work for coming close to 10 years, over three agencies and numerous client contacts. It’s particularly satisfying because it was an SEO pitch in its purest form, with the client’s pitch panel made up of ex-agency SEO’ers – something that is rare among clients.”

Says Raphael Pantelis, head of digital performance, Greenstone: “Gary and the team demonstrated a unique data-led approach to building our SEO strategy, leveraging both on-site and large-scale content strategies, which is well aligned to our broader approach to digital performance. We’re excited to be working together.”

Completing the new business trifecta is Australian Institute of Management (AIM), which provides corporate training for individuals and organisations with over 100 courses and qualifications that can be delivered in the workplace, on campus or online.

Says Ben Foote, group CEO at Scentia Group, AIM’s parent company: “I’ve worked with Gary at numerous agencies. He employs bright people, is always improving his product and never fails to drive results. Working with Indago was an easy decision.”
