AutoGuru launches new customer testimonial campaign via FIRME Agency, Brisbane

Directed by Miles Murphy and Rob Garwood, this collaborative approach working with genuine, unscripted AutoGuru customers allowed FIRME Agency, Brisbane to gather real emotive insights into the benefits of the service as well as the savings.

The brief was to create an effective communication piece to follow on and support their recent brand TVC, to capture audience attention and encourage viewers to start a relationship with the savvy tech-brand.

"We are excited to see these recently launched executions roll out across television," says Rob Garwood, Creative Director at FIRME Agency.

AutoGuru lets you compare prices and instantly book with more than 1,600 local and independent mechanics, and thousands of AutoGuru customers are already saving on dealer servicing costs, just like Sandy, Brett, Bec, Jake, and Jaala.

"Working with authentic customers, it allowed us to create testimonial-like content based on their individual experiences, as well as highlight the already satisfied customers using the site and in turn create content that viewers can engage with," says Garwood.
