ADZ Collective hires Hugh Baulch and Stephanie McKenzie to ignite its new company vision

HUGH+STEPH (2).jpgADZ Collective has announced the appointment of Hugh Baulch as general manager and Stephanie McKenzie as head of account management to drive the creative agency forward in 2019.

The appointments will play a critical role in supporting ADZ Collective’s reshaping of the company and its position in creative solutions.

Says Sally Douglas, founder and managing director ADZ: “We’re delighted to have Hugh and Stephanie come on board to build a leadership team that will play a key role in the company’s future and vision, moving forward. Both bring a wealth of knowledge in strategic innovation and agency experience that will be invaluable in building on our success as a creative agency.”

Having worked in the industry for over 15 years, Baulch brings with him extensive experience across local and global markets and has serviced major clients including Virgin Airlines, Pedigree, Pacific Brands, SKY TV UK, Peroni UK, Target, Officeworks, realestate.com.au and Kmart. His previous positions at PENSO, BWM Dentsu, TBWA, Ogilvy and Cummins&Partners yields years of knowledge surrounding the marketing industry, alongside his experience as senior adverting and design manger at Australia’s iconic retailer Coles.

Says Douglas: “Hugh’s mindset for developing and growing brands, coupled with a deep connection to conceptual strategy was a standout when selecting Hugh as our new general manager.”

McKenzie is an accomplished account director with over 12 years’ experience in the advertising and sports sponsorship industries. McKenzie joins the ADZ team as head of account management having spent the past four years at the Australian Football League (AFL), where she was a senior leader within the partnerships team. Managing some of the largest brands ever to be associated with the AFL including, Toyota, NAB and Virgin Australia.

Prior to this, McKenzie spent eight years in the advertising industry working for some of the biggest agencies in Melbourne – Ogilvy, DDB and BWM Dentsu. McKenzie gained valuable experience in major categories while servicing clients which included Myer, Origin Energy, Telstra, Latitude Financial and Simplot.

Douglas has established the new leadership team to breathe new life into the business stating: “The business has developed over the past 20 years into a well- established agency and with the inclusion of Hugh and Stephanie, I am excited to see ADZ Collective propel further forward.”
