index.jpgCementing its position as a digital agency for superannuation funds, Luminary has been appointed by legalsuper to redevelop its website.

legalsuper was established 29 years ago and is now the predominant fund of choice for Australia’s legal community, managing over $3.8 billion on behalf of more than 44,000 members.

The win is a further boost to Luminary’s superannuation fund client list, which includes Equip Super and NGS Super.

Says Adam Griffith, managing director, Luminary: “We have worked with Equip Super for many years, having built its award-winning site on Kentico EMS in 2016. We’ve also recently completed a complete digital replatform for NGS Super. This project began with a deep discovery and customer journey mapping phase to really understand NGS’s diverse membership base and provide a solid foundation for innovation.”

Luminary will be responsible for designing the user interface for legalsuper and delivering the website on the Kentico Cloud headless CMS platform.

Says Griffith: “We’re looking forward to working with legalsuper to bring its new member-first digital experience to life. We’re also excited that clients are beginning to explore the benefits of headless and microservices architecture, as opposed to the traditional monolithic, all-in-one approach.”

Luminary has extensive experience with the Kentico Cloud platform. Through a long-standing relationship with Kentico, the agency was invited to participate in the early stages of the design and development of the Kentico Cloud platform, and continues to be actively involved in the development of the product. Luminary’s superannuation clients are stewarded by Griffith, who has a strong background in actuarial studies and finance.

Says Andrew Proebstl, chief executive, legalsuper: “Our members have exacting standards and high expectations regarding value, service and innovation. Our new website anticipates continual digital evolution and will enable us to remain flexible and agile in response to technological advances and member requirements.”

Says Anthony Mair, senior digital operations manager, NGS Super’s: “Luminary has made the transition to a member-first digital and marketing platform by way of Kentico seamless. We now have new member journeys, new website designs and have taken a significant leap forward with our digital capability. The team have also adopted new agile ways of working thanks to the assistance of Luminary, with continual delivery becoming part of the culture at NGS Super.”

The new legalsuper website is expected to launch in early 2019.
