Screen Shot 2019-02-01 at 2.06.44 pm (1).jpgToday sees the official launch of The Rowdy Group, a reinvented Adelaide based agency born from the recent fusion of two of South Australia’s most experienced agencies, blackbocks and Jamshop.

Restless, ambitious and not afraid to make some noise, The Rowdy Group is armed to give brands a voice that demand attention and rise above mediocrity to make meaningful connections with today’s audience.

As a fully integrated creative agency, The Rowdy Group boasts a talented collective with a range of skills across marketing, consumer and advertising strategy, creative, channel, production and digital. And with a wide portfolio of clients across Australia and its concentrated focus in Victoria, The Rowdy Group is committed to creating internationally recognised work from its base in South Australia.

Says Johnny Velis, creative director, The Rowdy Group: “New Zealand consistently punches above its weight at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, despite being five times smaller it often brings more awards home than Australia. We believe there’s no reason why South Australia can’t be the creative epicentre of Australia and we’re planning to be the agency to lead the charge.”

Says Brenton Bock, agency principal: “Awards are all well and good but the real reward for us is seeing the continued success of our clients.”

Making a move to the CBD, the Rowdy Group opens its doors on Monday 4th February to a new office at Level 4, 52 Gawler Place, Adelaide.

Says Cameron Hockey, managing director, The Rowdy Group: “Opening our new doors in Adelaide’s CBD gives us a chance to better service our local clients, while providing a strong hub for continued growth.

“We can’t wait to shake up the category, finding innovative ways to solve business problems through the power of creative thinking.”
