Florence Tan.jpgEuro RSCG Singapore has appointed Florence Tan to the newly-created position of Head of Creative Services. In this role, Florence will work across all agency brand and functional units to further integrate the agency's offering. Prior to the move, Tan accumulated almost 20 years of experience at Leo Burnett Singapore, including 10 years working with local advertising icon Linda Locke. She has worked with clients such as McDonald's (South East Asia), Tiger Beer, SingTel, Standard Chartered Bank, Raffles International, and Courts. In 2006, she set up the web-based Digital Workflow System, a highly efficient tool for collaborating on work from concept to production region-wide.
"Flo is one of the best in the business of integrated resource management. She is terrific at engineering and enforcing a workflow system to optimise our creative capabilities for our clients," said Victor Ng, Chief Creative Officer, Euro RSCG Southeast Asia. "The best part is she understands the creative part of this business - its people, process and ultimately, product."

"Our clients are looking to us for integrated creative brilliance, and the addition of Flo significantly strengthens our capabilities and delivery," said Charlie Blower, Managing Director, Euro RSCG Singapore. "Her wealth of business experience and incredible grasp of creative is hard to match; combined with the recent creative hires over the second half of 2009, we have a powerful team to serve our clients through 2010 and beyond."
