You can now make comments on any article and register FREE to receive the daily e-newsletter from each.

The two blogs are co-edited by Campaign Brief founders Michael Lynch and Kim Shaw, together with US/UK deputy editor Josie Brown.

Josie-Brown-CB-US:UK.jpgSays Lynch: “Despite the strength of the US and UK trade press – and after encouragement from our creative director friends on both sides of the Atlantic over the last few years – we saw a gap in the market for a creatively-led blog such as Campaign Brief.”

Brown (right), originally from New Zealand, has enjoyed a distinguished 11 year career and has led countless major advertising campaigns for top international organizations such as Nokia, Adidas L’Oreal Paris, Sony Ericsson, Mars and Coca Cola.

After making her move to the UK in 2005, CB is delighted to have been able to entice Brown to Campaign Brief from some of London’s most award-winning agencies including RKCR/Y&R, iris and McCann London.

A regular contributor to several industry publications in the US and UK, Brown is now living between the two.

Says Brown: “Combining what you’re most passionate about from your job and sharing ideas within your field, is the holy grail for anyone’s career. Joining Campaign Brief as the UK / US deputy editor is an incredible opportunity for me. I look forward to working with Michael, Kim, Ricki and Mollie in a very exciting expansion into two hugely creative markets.”

Says Lynch: “Josie comes to us with a huge wealth of knowledge and extraordinary expertise in the field. Her background in innovation and big brand building is world class. We’re extremely happy to have her partnering with us in our UK and US offering.”

And if you want to advertise on the blogs, it’s super affordable with rates from only $650 per month (UK Blog) and $800 per month (US Blog). Contact Mollie Myerson to discuss your advertising requirements.
