Keynote speakers will be David Erixon, co-founder of Hyper Island, Lisa Lindström, CEO at digital agency Doberman and Mark Stevenson, entrepreneur, author and expert on global trends and innovations. The three will elaborate their thoughts on thriving businesses, share

experiences, raise questions and discuss with conference participants.

The Create for Change Conference, as announced earlier this spring, is part of the Hyper Island Create for Change initiative. The CCC revolves around future thriving businesses; how to create organisations and businesses that are profitable in a sustainable way, that offer attractive  workplaces, deliver quality and create real value for their customers and clients. The CCC targets engaged, curious and forward-thinking  individuals from the industry, the start-up community as well as the non-profit sector to come together for two days, to discuss, interact and explore the future of businesses of talent.

Says Mark Stevenson, who will speak about how to learn from successful optimists who are already shaping the future: “Companies that will thrive in the future align themselves with principles of sustainability, compassion, humanity and justice. Organizations will play an essential role in creating a better future for the planet. Paying lip-service to corporate social responsibility is clearly not giving the results that this world needs — and remember, it’s the only world we have”.

Lisa Lindström, managing director and owner of digital design agency Doberman and board member of Hyper Island, has been appointed Sweden’s Service Innovator of the Year and is listed as one of the top ten female speakers in Sweden. At the conference she will discuss what will signify a thriving business in the future.

David Erixon, who founded Hyper Island with Lars Lundh and Johathan Briggs in 1995, will also share his view on the topic. Today, David works with Customer Centricity, Digital Innovation and Business Transformation, both on industry projects, research initiatives and executive training for clients. He is also programming director at Strelka Institute in Moscow and runs a research studio on customer focus and urban planning. David  spent over 10 years in senior commercial and marketing leadership positions at Vodafone, including six years as global brand director where he worked on all major M&As and business, brand and culture transformations, opening up markets such as China, India, Ghana, Qatar,

New Zealand, Romania, Czech Republic and South Africa.
