Sid.jpgAfter months of searching Innocean Worldwide has found its new strategy head for Australia in Singapore’s Sidharth (a.k.a. Sid) Loyal.

Loyal has worked across some of best agencies across APAC which include Wieden & Kennedy, Saatchi & Saatchi, Publicis, DDB, Grey Worldwide amongst others and has had great fun working with and including leading brands across categories which include J&J, Hyundai, Chevrolet, Phillips, IndiGo Airlines, Royal Enfield Motorcycles, Cairn Energy and Mondelez amongst many others across India, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and now Australia.

In between, Loyal also run his own marketing consultancy called, Trium and also founded the prestigious Account Planning Group (APG) in India in 2011.

When not working, he is out traveling (preferably on his classic Royal Enfield motorcycle), listening to his vast collection of music or collecting sneakers.

Says Loyal: “As head of planning, my mandate is to help grow IW’s presence within the market and work closely with Mike, Scott and the entire management team to help raise the agency’s equity and make it a magnet to attract great talent.”

Says Mike Morrison, Innocean MD: “You must be patient, it’s easy to hire in haste and repent afterwards. We are a small but potent agency, waiting for key talent is critical.”
