Cheil Worldwide Korea to present session at AdFest 2014 – Let’s Build a Better Experience

CHEILWORLDWIDE.jpgCheil Worldwide Korea is set to present a Speaker Session at AdFest 2014 titled ‘Let’s Build a Better User Experience’ – a talk that will divulge Cheil’s own UXD (user experience design) strategy and the company’s novel approach to creating solutions.

Presented by Minah Kim, UX Director (UX Team Lead) at Cheil Worldwide in Seoul, the Speaker Session is aimed at helping marketers and agencies navigate the multi-faceted ways that consumers experience brands and products.

“Traditionally, advertising agencies have created ad campaigns focusing on the products themselves, with an emphasis on quality and features. Now, in the context of diverse and emerging media, we need to create new experiences based on interaction, new insights, and people’s new behavior patterns, bringing brand engagement between the product and the user’s everyday life. That’s why we need to focus on UXD. But not many players are able to do so – Cheil is positioning as a marketing solutions provider, something more than an agency, and UXD is a vital element in our growth path,” says Kim.

Kim has a fascinating background as a leading UX Director, Information Architect, and New Media Platform consultant in Seoul and New York. She specializes in user experience design and information architecture in the areas of interactive installation, new media, web-based software, application, and digital campaign.
