Scarpelli to head elite Cannes Titanium and Integrated jury - Worthington one of the 10
Under Scarpelli's leadership, DDB has created a large network of
award-winning and innovative agencies that, based on creative output,
have been named Agency of the Year in more than 25 countries. In
addition, DDB has been recognised as the top creative network by
Advertising Age, Adweek, Campaign, Creativity and The Gunn Report. A
strong performer at all the major awards, DDB has won the most Lions
and the most Grands Prix in the history of the Cannes Lions
International Advertising Festival.
Scarpelli has served as the President of both the Cannes Lions Film and Press juries in 2007 as well as chairing other main international shows. Says Scarpelli: "Attacking our clients' business issues in innovative and effective ways is critical to the future of the communications industry. We must use all the tools available to us today and invent new ones when necessary. The Titanium and Integrated Lions were created to honour that kind of breakthrough thinking. We will reaffirm that commitment in Cannes this year."
