The Church.jpgThe Church re-launches on Monday 18 April and is set to make their mark on the industry. The re-launch of The Church signifies a coming of age for the organisation which, over the past 10 years, has evolved from a design agency to a design, advertising and communications agency with a focus on internal communications.

According to newly appointed CEO Simon Kozak (pictured below), The Church sees a clear gap in the communications market for an agency that understands the importance and impact of internal culture on external brand values.

Simon_Kozak.jpg“We want to ensure our clients’ brands succeed in a socially connectedworld and think this success can only truly happen from the insideout,” says Kozak.

Playing to its strengths The Church is developing new products andservices to launch new-to-market internal and external offerings, whichwill allow clients to align and engage their staff with the externalvision they have for their brands.

“If culture and brand aren’t aligned, you risk disappointing yourcustomer and damaging your reputation, and because of social media andthe rise of mobile, it’s happening faster than ever before. We want ourclients’ culture and brands to be aligned, so they can benefit in termsof attracting the best customers and staff, “says Kozak.

This vision is showcased in recent employee branding work The Churchcarried out for long standing clients Gen-i and NZSO.  re:connect, anonline alumni project The Church created for Telecom is another exampleof this new philosophy.

Earlier this year electrical retail giant HPM appointed The Church astheir agency. HPM join an ever increasing portfolio of clientsincluding Ministry of Health, Winstones, Gen-i, NZSO,PricewaterhouseCoopers, Chapman Tripp, Auckland District Health Board,Veda Advantage, Pernod Ricard Brands and ALAC.

To accommodate its impressive growth The Church has recruited accountdirector Tom Baloghy and account executive Kate Swift, both of whombring considerable digital and mobile experience to the team. This ishot on the heels of opening an office in Sydney, which is currentlyrecruiting staff.
