Award-winning Dutch director Bart Timmer breaks into Australasian market with Luscious

Known for his humorous spots for Heineken and Volkwsagen, Timmer has gained much international attention over the past couple of years.

Timmer was recently listed in the top 10 directors in the world by SHOTS magazine and he is consistently listed in the Top 3 Directors’ rankings on Bestads.

Timmer’s strength with his storytelling is in his extreme attention to detail, his timing and his humour. His sensibility and ability to tell a story is something that has been a focus of his success. 

Says Timmer: “Culturally the Dutch are effective communicators, straightforward and we don’t use lots of words to tell a funny story.”
