Countdown to AWARD Awards Thursday night: shortlists revealed in the Creative Innovation, Integrated, New Product Development categories

Agencies scoring two finalists in the Integrated category are: Clemenger BBDO Melbourne for NAB ‘Break Up’ and CUB ‘Legends of the Dry’, 303Lowe Perth for Ikea ‘Rent’ and Office of Road Safety ‘Enjoy the Ride’ and Colenso BBDO, Auckland for DB Breweries ‘Beer – the untold story’ and Frucor ‘Skate Pinball’.

One finalist apiece to SapientNitro Brisbane for Foot Locker ‘Art Prize’, Ogilvy & Mather Japan for Sneaker Freaker ‘Dog Poop Insurance’, Saatchi & Saatchi Sydney for Toyota FJ Cruiser ‘One way in. One way out’, Ace Saatchi & Saatchi Manila for Ariel ‘Fashion Laundry’, Leo Burnett Melbourne for 7 Eleven ‘BYO Cup Day’, Publicis Mojo Sydney for Virgin Mobile ‘A fair go for all’, Leo Burnett Sydney for Bundaberg ‘Watermark’ and M&C Saatchi Sydney for Sydney Cats and Dogs Home ‘Limited Edition’.

There are only three finalists in the New Product Development category: George Patterson Y&R Melbourne for AFL ‘Game Signatures’, Colenso BBDO Auckland for Westpac ‘Impulse Saver’ and Leo Burnett Sydney for Bundaberg ‘Watermark’.

The Jury of the Creative Innovation & Integrated category was chaired by Nick Law (R/GA New York) and included Justin Drape (The Monkeys Sydney), Andy DiLallo (Leo Burnett Sydney), Tom Martin (Clemenger BBDO Melbourne), Guy Roberts (Saatchi & Saatchi NZ), Duncan Marshall (Droga5 Sydney) and Sydney-based creative director Mark Collis.

The Awards presentation event will take place this Thursday March 29th at CarriageWorks in Sydney – the culmination of The Communications Council’s Festival of Commercial Creativity ‘Circus’. Tickets are available here.
