Knagge’s long time creative partner Geoff Robertson (pictured below left) has also decided to take the opportunity to leave and continue to partner with Knagge in their next move.

The agency’s managing director, Kim Boehm, said that this move had been planned for a while.

Says Boehm: “Greg has done a fantastic job for us for a long time and our creative reputation is testimony to that. But it’s the right time for us to make a change and Greg agrees with that. He leaves us on good terms and with our very best wishes.

When asked about the succession plan at the agency, Boehm said that the search for a new creative director was underway: “We’re in the fortunate position that we have a very strong group of creative people in the agency and we also have the support of

Australia’s best network. The important thing for us is not so much when we appoint a new creative director but who we appoint. We’ve got a great agency and this is a brilliant opportunity for both us and the right person,” said Boehm.
