ADK.jpgADK Japan and TBWA HAKUHODO are presenting speaker sessions at this year’s AdFest which kicks off next week in Pattaya Thailand.

The topic of ADK’s session is ‘Welcome to the World’s Biggest Creative Department’ and TBWA HAKUHODO’s topic is ‘Welcome to the Global Wonderland’.

As the first major advertising agency to predict that crowdsourcing would become a major trend, ADK’s session will ask whether crowdsourcing platforms are foes, friends or frenemies to the industry, or whether they should be dismissed as a mere fad.

In 2011, ADK formed a strategic alliance with eYeka, one of the world’s leading crowdsourcing platforms with an online community of 270,000 people. Since then, ADK and eYeka have worked together to crowdsource a variety of highly effective campaigns for ADK’s clients.

As Senior Creative Director for ADK Tokyo, Toru Fujii will showcase some of the agency’s most informative case studies at AdFest, sharing the stage with Joël Céré, Global Insights & Innovation Director for eYeka Singapore; and Rob Sherlock, Creative Consultant.

HAKUHODO.jpgThe second session is hosted by Yoshi Matsuura, Strategic Planning Director at TBWA HAKUHODO and R&D Director at HAKUHODO.

According to Matsuura: “Globalization has accelerated since the start of the 21st century, changing the game and the rules we play. The same applies to the world of communication. Great opportunities lie in front of us. However, we’re also faced with mega competition. Our rivals are now from all around the world. Will you survive this turbulent revolution?”

This Speaker Session will offer secrets to survival, while staying positive and having a good time.
