John, who is also CEO of Shark Branding and stars on the reality TV show Shark Tank, leads an all-star line-up of speakers who will be revealed in the coming weeks.

Created as a way to give back to the industry, LIA has invited 100 young creatives from around the globe to attend this year’s event. A highly limited number of places are given out to network agencies, certain press (including CB) and organisations such as Art Directors clubs.

This year two young creatives from Australia, one from New Zealand and several from Asia will attend the event – which will be revealed next month.

Arguably, the most striking element of the Creative LIAisons program is that there is absolutely no cost to the young creative or their employer. The entire initiative – including travel, meals and hotel expenses – is fully funded by LIA. It really is a win-win situation for the lucky ninety.

Creative LIAisons helps build a new generation of young creatives who can take creativity to the next level. Since its inception four years ago, the programme has become one of the industry’s most respected and sought after educational initiatives.

Says John: “I had a blast speaking at the London International Awards in the past, and I look forward to doing it again in Las Vegas this October. With the most talented young creatives in the world gathered in one place, the energy at LIA is always infectious — I come to inspire, but leave feeling inspired!”

2015 will be the fourth year in which LIA will host Creative LIAisons (formerly known as ‘Creative Conversations’), a mentoring program, fully funded by LIA, which runs concurrently with the LIA judging.  Here not only are the attendees being given the opportunity to listen to some of the industry’s biggest names, but they’re invited to sit in with the juries on the statue discussions. This represents a unique opportunity for the creatives to experience the judging process at a relatively young age.

The LIA 2015 Entry System is now accepting entries through August. Judging will take place from 1st October to 10th October. The shortlists will be announced as each judging session concludes, with winners being announced 10th November. More information on submissions and eligibility.
