Kiwi expat creative director Matt Swinburne lured from McCann New York to CD role at Droga5 NYC

Award-winning Kiwi expat creative director Matt Swinburne has been lured from McCann New York to a creative director role at Droga5 New York.

Swinburne joined McCann NYC in February 2015, after stints at Silver + Partners, Saatchi London and Mother London.

Prior to that he was a senior creative a Leo Burnett Sydney before heading to the US in 2013. In 2010 Swinburne joined The Campaign Palace Sydney, lured from DDB New Zealand.

Swinburne started his career at Saatchi & Saatchi NZ. In 2007, he transferred to Saatchi’s New York office on abrief secondment.

Along the way, Swinburne has bagged a clutch of AWARD pencils, Cannes Lions, One Show, Clio and Young Guns awards.
